We offer the following treatments (subject to change): Laser Hair Removal (Soprano Ice Diode), HIFU Body Slimming, IPL Skin Rejuvenation, and Eyelash Extensions. Full details and current pricing are on our website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any treatment at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to book and receive treatments at BBY London Clinic. By making a booking, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Consultations and Suitability

A pre-treatment consultation may be required before certain treatments. We reserve the right to decline or postpone any treatment where we believe, in our professional judgement, that it is not appropriate for you on health, safety, or clinical grounds. This decision is made in your best interests.

It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, skin conditions, and any other health information that may affect your treatment. Failure to do so may result in adverse outcomes for which we cannot be held responsible.

5. Bookings and Appointments

Appointments may be booked by phone, email, or via our online booking system. A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us. We recommend you do not make non-refundable travel arrangements until you have received this confirmation.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to circumstances beyond our control (such as staff illness or equipment issues). We will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are as listed on our website at the time of booking and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, any price change will not affect bookings already confirmed in writing.

Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing. A deposit may be required for certain treatments or courses at the time of booking.

7. Cancellations, Rescheduling and No-Shows

We will provide written after-care instructions following your treatment. It is your responsibility to follow these carefully. We cannot accept liability for adverse reactions or effects resulting from failure to comply with after-care guidance provided.
